In order to further reduce the burden on import and export companies and promote the steady growth of foreign trade, the National Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Notice on Rectifying and Standardizing Operational Services and Charges for Import and Export Linkages" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), and the scope of work for rectification and regulation includes customs and exports. Entry-exit inspection and quarantine, port terminals, ports and other departmental units, as well as related operating companies, business (association) associations and other business services directly involved in the import and export links and charges; key areas of work include port terminal services, port inspection and inspection and import and export Management platform services three links.
                   
        The National Development and Reform Commission requires all localities to select 1-2 typical ports in the region before the end of August this year to conduct in-depth research and evaluation of the enterprises’ outstanding irrational business services and fees; We must focus on rectification and standardization, investigate illegally-discovered violations in a timely manner, and form a summary of regulatory and concluding materials for the region by the end of October, including problems identified in the regional rectification regulations, and 2 to 3 typical cases, measures taken, and work effectiveness. Relevant policy recommendations are reported to the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance. The rectification and standardization work was jointly organized and deployed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
