       At the end of 2011, Ningbo Customs found during the investigation that bearing components such as seals and sealing rings produced by local bearing manufacturers in Cixi, Ningbo, were purchased at a cost of RMB 0.05 to RMB 0.20 per unit, and several defendants controlled by Hu Mou. After purchasing locally, the unit price for export declaration to the customs was as high as 1.25 US dollars to 1.56 U.S. dollars, which was as high as 120 times.
